General terms and conditions (GTC) for room booking

  1. Bookings and payments
    1.1 When booking a workplace or an event room in the coworking space, immediate payment is not required. The reservation is valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation by email.
    1.2 Payment of the booking amount is due on site.
    1.3 All payments are made in local currency (Euro).
  2. Cancellations
    2.1 We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time for good cause, in particular if the visitor violates spazioarte's rules or causes damage.
    2.2 Cancellation by the visitor is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the booking at the latest. If you cancel later, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit or charge the full amount.
  3. Liability
    3.1 The visitor is liable for any damage caused during his stay on spazioarte's premises. This applies in particular to damage to furnishings, technical devices or other items such as art, design objects, cups, glasses and all other items.
    3.2 The visitor is also liable for damage caused by his guests, employees or pets.
  4. Confirmation and validity of the booking
    4.1 A booking is only valid if the customer receives a clear confirmation by email from us.
    4.2 If the customer has not received a confirmation email within 7 days of booking, the amount will be automatically refunded and the booking will be invalid.
  5. Miscellaneous
    5.1 The Coworking Space reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
    5.2 If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
    5.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of spazioarte.
