Growing up as a dancer, movement allowed me to access the deepest and truest parts of myself. What began as self-discovery blossomed into self-expression, revealing a sense of sovereignty, freedom, and power.
When I discovered yoga, I found another practice that offered the same sense of home within my body, providing an opportunity to understand the profound connection between physical movement and mental stillness.
As a teacher, my aim is to cultivate an environment that enables you to unlock your inner potential in order to live with greater ease, awareness, and joy. My classes blend vinyasa yoga, various somatic movement techniques, and breathwork, all artfully woven with sound to create space for transformation.

Creativity has brought me to many beautiful places and connected me with many wonderful people. I believe it is not only an agent of change but also a catalyst that brings us together. For the past 15 years, I have explored creativity from various perspectives, ranging from being a multidisciplinary artist and designer to a yoga teacher. Today, I find myself at the intersection of these paths, researching the “Creative Body”—a concept that aims to expand our creative potential by bridging the gap between our bodies and minds. I truly believe creativity is not limited to the arts—it exists in all of us.
