Participants must provide their name, contact details (Instagram, phone, email, website), the name of the object, the recommended retail price, a description of the object, the available sizes and dimensions, the available colors and materials, the shipping costs to the end customer , specify the delivery time and the weight of the object. In addition, a WeTransfer link to image and video material must be uploaded for social media.
3. Service packages: Participants can choose one or more service packages, each associated with a monthly price: Online Shop (19€/month), Local Exhibition (39€/month), Online Shop + Local Exhibition (49€/month ). You can optionally choose an advertising package (Ads Package), which also comes with a monthly price: S (1 story on social media) for €29/month, M (4 stories + 1 post) for €79/month, L ( M + artist profile on the website, mention on the homepage) for 143€/month.
4. Responsibility: Participants are responsible for shipping the objects themselves, unless otherwise agreed. Once the item has been ordered, participants will be notified so they can arrange shipping. The participants must specify the shipping costs to the end customer and the delivery time.
5. Publication: The publication or exhibition of the objects takes place from the date specified by the participant.
6. Data protection: Participants agree that their personal data may be processed and used by www.spazioarte.de and HulkApps in accordance with spazioarte's data protection conditions and https://www.hulkapps.com/pages/privacy-policy ↗ .
7. Paid services: Participants who have selected paid services will receive an order confirmation with an invoice and payment link by email. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
8. Liability: spazioarte and HulkApps are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the exhibition or from the use of the services.
9. Changes: spazioarte reserves the right to change the conditions of participation and services at any time and without prior notice.
10. Severability clause: Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
